Transformer

Our company is developing and producing, in the arena of transformers, resin-filled products usable in a wide range of fields, with medium-high voltage insulation type for negative ion generation or multi-function printers (MFP) as the core.
In addition, by making use of circuit design technology as represented by our power supply products, we have a line-up of compact, ultra-small thin high-voltage units for air conditioners and air purifiers equipped with our own dedicated small-sized transformers.
We will also respond to customization to new product applications that meet customer's requirements.
We are committed to offering high reliability products that make use of high voltage insulation technology of DC 50 kV to support flyback transformers for televisions and monitors.

Miniaturization of transformer Silicone resin has elasticity and can seal a hard part such as a core.
Impact resistance By adopting a single core sealing, it is advantageous for a core crack prevention or protection effect.
Noise (magnetostrictive vibration sound) It is advantageous for measures against magnetostrictive vibration noise reduction by core sealing.
Adhesiveness KE1212 (the type we use) after improvement exhibits better adhesion performance.
Moisture resistance We have overcome the weakness by adopting a design giving sufficient consideration to the moisture permeability of silicone resin.
Impact resistance Silicone resin has elasticity, and cracks due to thermal shock are unlikely to occur.
Environmental performance We have prepared an advantageous procurement environment inherited from Hitachi.
