- ・By using high magnetic ferrite material,
- (1) Improves sleeve attraction force of carrier and toner, preventing toner scattering by carrier attachment sleeve rotation to opposing drum, and improving image quality performance.
- (2) Reduction in magnet roll diameter is achieved.
- ・By using the high precision V-groove sleeve, it is possible to homogenize the toner conveyance and to prevent the transport amount from decreasing when the sleeve is worn, and to stabilize the transport amount.
