●Quality/Environmental Objectives

(1) For the achievement of these policies, we will work systematically across the organization, prevent recurrence with sharing the problems in the past, and also prevent problems by involving everyone led by the on-site management team.

(2) We will ensure to meet the customer, legal, and regulatory requirements, and also maintain and continuously improve our management system.

(3) The quality and environmental objectives will be defined in (4) below, and communicated to all employees and all business locations through the job system. We will also monitor the status of achievement and review it as necessary.

(4) We will work on the following items in all our business activities to be able to provide value through the product to satisfy customers.

• Specific objectives and activities will be formulated in the business plan, and aim to be realized.

(5) This policy will be to be known to everyone working in the TKR Group, and disclosed to the people outside the company.
